The name of the profession "maid" comes from the Old Slavonic word "chambers", which in ancient times meant a living room. To take care of this house, cleaning, as well as performing various services, it was necessary to have a maidservant in the "chambers".
Subsequently, with the development of the economy, culture, expansion of trade ties, people began to travel more, so it became necessary to create special inns (hereinafter referred to as hotels), where travelers were to receive, feed and provide transport.
For many centuries, the development of the hotel business, the maid has been creating everyday and psychological comfort for the residents of the hotel.
The maid meets and accomodates guests, room cleaning , changes bed linen, cleans beds, monitors for the work of refrigerators, radio equipment, accepts orders from residents for household services, makes sure that clients do not lose their belongings and do not take hotel things when they leave, communicates with customers at a high cultural level, performs their work without noise, accurately and quickly.
One of the expected results of the maid's work should be the creation of comfortable living conditions for the clients of the hotel establishment, so that they feel at home. Our staff, and especially the maids, are part of the team and the common cause.
