Our whole life is made up of small trifles, events, circumstances, details that shape our reality. Usually people live in the past or the future, flipping through the stories in their heads or imagining events and scrolling through possible negative scenarios that are generally not realized.
In the hustle and bustle of working days, we lose our vigilance and do not notice pleasant moments, since we are not here and now. We always pay great attention to details, because details are in the present, this is the here and now, and it is they that shape our reality. Be here and now and have a good rest.
